I’m Stephanie Coleman, a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist based in North Charleston. I spent fourteen years as an educator and school counselor before moving into private practice, years of sitting with people in the hardest moments of their lives and learning what actually helps them move.

EMDR is still uncommon at this level of focus, and rarer still delivered the way I deliver it: privately, on your schedule, with nothing filed on any third-party record. My clients are people who are counted on: leaders, clinicians, counsel, and service members, who carry weight they can’t be seen carrying.

My work is grounded in the nervous system and in research, and held in a non-judgmental space where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to have the words. We start where you are.
