Questions about cost and process

Do you take insurance?
This is a private-pay practice by design. That is what keeps your care off any third-party record, with no diagnosis code shared with an insurer, employer, or anyone else. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you may choose to submit for partial reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, HSA and FSA cards are welcome for sessions and intensives. Many clients use them to cover part of the investment.
Is the Assessment required before an intensive?
Yes. The Assessment & Roadmap is where we map exactly what to target and confirm the right format, so the intensive is focused and realistic. It is credited toward your intensive if you book within 30 days.
What if I am not sure which format is right?
That is exactly what the free Clarity Call and the Assessment are for. You do not need to decide in advance. We choose the path together based on what you are working on and your schedule.
How is the intensive priced?
The Reset is offered as half-day ($1,950), full-day ($2,900), two-day ($4,900), and three-day ($6,800) formats. Each is a complete arc: preparation, the intensive, integration, and a check-in, not just chair time.
