Questions about cost
- How much does an intensive cost?
- The Freedom to Put It Down is booked as a package: $2,500 for one day, $5,000 for two days, or $7,500 for three days. The $450 Assessment & Roadmap is included in that total. It is not an additional charge.
- When is payment due?
- The $450 is due before your Assessment & Roadmap begins. After the assessment, once you choose a package, the remaining balance ($2,050, $4,550, or $7,050) is due 14 days before your first intensive day. If you book fewer than 14 days ahead, the balance is due when your dates are confirmed.
- What if I complete the assessment and decide not to do an intensive?
- You are never obligated to book an intensive. Once the Assessment & Roadmap is complete, the $450 is nonrefundable. If you cancel before the assessment begins, it is refunded in full.
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule my intensive?
- With 14 or more days' notice there is no cancellation fee, and payments for intensive days not provided are refunded. From 7 to 13 days, a $250 fee applies, or you can choose one complimentary reschedule. With fewer than 7 days' notice, a $500 fee applies. A rescheduled intensive begins within 90 days of the original date. You will receive the full terms in writing before you make any payment.
- Can I use insurance, HSA, or FSA?
- Intensives are private pay, so no insurance claim is filed and no diagnosis code is sent to an insurer. Eligible HSA and FSA cards are welcome. If you plan to ask your insurer about out-of-network reimbursement, let us know before you book so we can talk about documentation.
- Will I receive a Good Faith Estimate?
- Yes. Uninsured and self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges, as federal law requires. Any additional service would be discussed with you, along with its fee, before it is provided.
